We encourage you to make yourselves aware of the importance of applying basic hygiene measures during these times. Such things as frequent hand washing with soap and water or using an alcohol-based (70% or more) hand sanitizer. On the respiratory level, always wear a mask when commuting through the common areas. When either coughing or sneezing please be aware to do so in the bend of your elbow or the upper shoulder rather than in your hands.

A voluntary 14-day solitary confinement at your residence is mandatory for all persons returning from abroad along with a written notice to building administration. These individuals need to be vigilant and monitor their symptoms daily.

We would like to assure you that we are taking ALL necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the building.

As far as rent payments are concerned, we want to reduce any exchange of cash or cheques, so we ask, if possible, to make your rent payments by credit card. We will be able to send you a credit card authorization form by email or we can process the payment over the phone as well!

Residents are responsible for cleaning and disinfecting their respective residential doors and units.
